Reports
In-depth reports detailing Carrier, Gallon, Discount, Deal, and Profitability information. These reports provide a single consolidated source of information for each Carrier purchasing fuel at your truckstop. Using our reports, you will know the current and historical fueling activity for each Carrier.
Cost Component Administration
Administration of cost factors involved in cost-plus discounting with Fuel Card Companies and Fuel Pricing Services. Some of these cost factors include Rack Location, Fuel Type, Taxes and Freight. This service ensures correct components are in place with each of the Fuel Card Companies.
Fuel Card Discount Administration
Administration of discount changes with Fuel Cards. This includes implementation and changes of cost-plus and retail-minus discounts. Beyond coordinating the discounts with the Fuel Cards, PRS maintains a database of these discounts, and provides detailed reports listing carriers and discounts in place at your Truckstop.
Detailed Fuel Card Transaction Review
Review of each Fuel Card transaction to ensure accuracy. Transactions are then rolled up to provide highly accurate Profit and Loss reporting based on industry cost components or your custom cost components.
Customized Rebate Administration
Customized Monthly Rebate administration. Rebates can be set up as flat amount per gallon, cost plus or volume based to automatically increase and reward customers who increase their gallons at your stop.
